Michelle is a 2009 graduate from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School and a Nationally Certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist since 2010.
Throughout her 20 years in the fast-paced corporate world she not only studied bodywork but received her certification as a health coach and is currently studying frequency therapy.
At the end of 2019 she left corporate life behind to pursue her passion of bodywork and wellness full time.
She combines intuition and technical skill to provide a touch that allows her clients to fully relax and heal. She works slowly and engages with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. Her style combines a mixture of techniques and modalities to provide a relaxing and effective massage.
Michelle' intuitive approach will give you nurturing comfort while providing therapeutic techniques to give you the proper care your body needs. It is her goal to work together with her clients to help them: manage their pain, reduce the effects of stress, bring awareness to their body, and promote holistic wellness. Her focus is working with clients with neck, low back pain but everyone benefits from her work.
In free time, she enjoys reading, cuddling with her kitties and/or cat sitting for her cat clients. You may find her hiking a local trail as well.
